automatic decimal point insertion doesn't work in beta

When typing amounts into the payment/deposit fields in the new transaction editor, entering "120" will not be converted to "1.20" as it would in older versions (if the option was set).

This problem is fairly simple to resolve. It is simply setting the auto-decimal property on the amount field. -SDR
