A good page to start at if you're having problems with Moneydance is our Frequently Asked Questions article, which covers a wide variety of subjects. In order to edit the wiki you'll need to register your own account. To practice editing wiki articles, you should visit our SandBox.
Bug Reports and Feature Requests
Our wiki is integrated with our feature request and bug reporting system, Please feel free to use these systems to help improve Moneydance by bringing bugs to our attention and requesting new features.
Before submitting a bug or feature request, please use the Search or View Tickets links above to make sure someone has not already made the same (or similar) request. You can always add a "me too" message to an existing ticket, which helps us determine which requests have the most demand.
Please also submit a separate ticket for each request. Tickets that include several different issues may be ignored, deleted, or simply mis-categorized.
Due to an increase in the amount of spam posted to ticket system we have been forced to disable anonymous ticket posting. For the time being, ticket posting has been limited to registered users. If you do not have an account on this system you can login as a guest user to submit tickets. To login using the guest account, use "guest" as both the login and password. If you expect to post frequently we recommend registering an account of your own.
